This book features numerous anecdotes an fun facts about Baseball that go from the Nineteenth Century to the Present Day. There is something of interest to anyone who is a follower of the game. The format is a bit choppy and thee are some minor proofreading errors, yet this should not detract one from enjoying this compilation of facts. Readers may question some of the choices made by the editors, but that is exactly what makes the sport as great and popular as it is, Even the biggest fan will find thigs that are new to them and the cross-generational style will hold the interest of anyone who follows the game from the casual observer to the dyed in the wool fanatic. Enjoyable and a fast an informative book.
